So we finally upgraded to R9 only to discover that one of our sites was using Phone Manager Pro running on a large TV to display a bar representing the number of calls in queue. Of course R9 broke Phone manager Pro and therefore the manager is hopping mad because they are too cheap to CCR or Chronicall. Is there anything else that we can do to duplicate that functionality that's free/cheap?
