Cheap firewall that allows VPN passthrough, web-server and vid-conf

Hi

Just wondering what would be a cheap hardware firewall solution that allows me to continue hosting our website, run our VPN (Windows 2000 server based) and possibly run video conferencing.
There are only 2 machines on this connection if this makes any difference?

So basically cheap and configurable
