Cheap Card for VHS Input?

I am very new to this so before we speak about software, I just wanted to know if there is a cheap card avaliable that would be sutiable for ripping VHS.

All you need is a TV tuner card such as WinTV go(there are better ones available than that available) which are usually $50 or less. Then of course you need a vcr to hook up to it...
