We have a wordpress website and are holding a kind of community event, whereby 100 or so people will be browsing our website at a certain time. We want the visitors to be able to chat together as they navigate through the website. Kind of like a typical live chat feature, but instead of it being 1-1 with the site admin, everyone can chat together.
This chat window should persist as the visitor browse's around the website.
I've been looking but can't find anything that will facilitate this. All chat systems I found are just 1-1.
The solution has to sit on the website, the visitors are not tech savvy enough to browse the website and also use a third party discord type system. So the user comes to the website, a small 'chat' icon sits bottom right, they click that, enter their name and it shows a small chat window where they can talk to other current visitors?
Does anyone know of a system that will achieve this?
