Hi, i am in the process of making a community website and i am looking for a good chat program. Is there anybody out there that can tell me a good place to find one.

There are a few things i need in the program:-

1. I need to have full control over the room, eg. Ban user etc.

2. I would prefer if the user was not required to register there handle. eg. Type handle and enter.

3. The most important of all. The room must only be accessible from my site and not listed in a chat list.
This is important because of the nature of the site.

The site is actually my fiance`s but since she has no knowledge of web design I have been left to build it.

This is the first real site I have made, so I would appreciate any comments you may have.
