Charts wont show on eportfolio

When running a report in e-portfolio some of the charts do not print out on the screen, just gives a box with a red cross in the top left corner like there is a link missing, this is only happening on some of the charts not all. I am using crystal 9, and the report has about 10 charts, any ideas????

This is a known issue when using some viewers, such as:

Apply the service pack/hotfix or change viewers. Most prefer the Active X viewer.
