My organization sells products like so many other organizations. When we receive data forms back from customers we enter the RespondBy date (Date in which they are supposed to respond back by) the Date Received (The date in which we actually received the form back) and the product.
I have created a query that includes the following fields:
AthleteID
RsvdDate
RspdDate
Product
They would like to have a report per product (ex: Book, TShirt, Plaque) that shows all of the respond by dates and counts how many we received on each date.
I tried creating a crosstab query and running a report off that--but there are so many received by dates, the system get's hung up and I have to shut down every time. I have also tried to create a bar chart, but I am unfamiliar with these and the dates come up as May 02', Apr 02' for the Respond by date (Which should be actual dates ex: Jan 1 2002, March 8 2002, etc...) and the received by date comes up as Jan, Feb, March, etc...)
I figured out how to change the respond by date to what I was looking for and it worked, then I treid to do the same thing with the received date and it said that my data was mix-matched....
help?
