charts in reports 1

Hello,

I have created a chart in my report,however i would like to add another field. When i add it in the microsoft graph datasheet and then i see the graph it looks fine , when i go back to my report in design view it corresponds exactly to my changes however when i open the report in preview i cannot see the new field...

Alsi is there a way how to go around the chart wizard which does not allow me to enter more than 6 fields for my chart?

Hi there--add the field to your underlying query. then follow the steps I put in this post, and see how it works out for you. You can put your own data into the 'datasheet' instead of the North-South-East-West thing, and have as many columns/fields as you want.
