Hi there,

Just today all the charts for one of our users turned black. He is able to go into the chart properties (the pallet) and reset the color which will fix it but then you have to do that for each and every chart.

Any ideas? I can't find anything on google

Thanks!

If it's just a quirk thing, and there are very many charts, then they could use a VBA routine to edit all the charts, I would think... that is, assuming the same or similar color schemes.

Or if the number isn't too terribly high, and if it is, again, a one time quirk, then they should be able to just manually fix them all.

Of course, it'd be good to look for the cause of this. There had to be some specific cause.
