I have two formula fields, one capturing the site (Site A, Site B, etc.) and the other capturing the tickets per site. I need to have a stacked bar chart grouped by the site and then the count of the different ticket categories in each site stack.

Thanks!!!

What have you tried so far? What problems are you encountering?

When I select stacked chart, instead of adding the two fields, it replaces the On Change Of @Site with @total_tickets.

For example for January, I need two charts (one for Denver and one for Miami) and I need each city to have the stacks breaking out the hardware tickets vs software tickets per site.

You should be adding Site as your first on change of field, and ticket type (hardware or software) as your second on change of field, with count of tickets as your summary.

You need to show the content of your formulas (and of any nested formulas).

Okay, I left out a step, my first on change of field is "Date" to capture the total tickets by site (category stacked) on a monthly basis.

On change of:
Date
@Site
@Category

Show Value:
Count of @Category

And then what does the chart expert automatically show after you try to do that in the On change of area?

As I said before, you need to show the content of your formulas (and of any nested formulas).
