CR2008..

I have a report looking at a call centre stats. It has 2 groups, date - weekly (G1) and Vendor (G2)

In the report footer I have a bar chart with 2 series measuring calls taken {@calls} by agent and fix by agent {@fix}.

I now need to chart on {@fix}%{@calls} by agent to measure effectiveness.

I seem to be missing something or having a brain fade.

Any ideas?

regards,

David

As you have probably guessed from the lack of response, this is very difficult.

I would change report to use a command and do the summing and % calc in SQL. Yu can then chart on these fields rather than a Crystal report summary calculation.

Try this:
In your Report Footer create a Subreport - It will pull in all the same data as the main report, but be grouped only by Agent.
Suppress the Detail, and the Group Header and Footer.
Create a Running Total (or Formula) that counts the fixed calls and resets on change of group
Create a Running Total (or Formula) that counts the not-fixed calls and resets on change of group

In the Report FOoter of the subreport, create a Stacked Percent Bar chart.
Under Data: On Change of - Agent, Show Values - {#Fixed} {#NotFixed}
