I have two survey's. Each had the same five quesions. I have created a chart that compares the number of yes answers for each question for the two survey's. Unfortuneatley, the same number of people were not queried the second time. In order to make a fair comparison, I need to show the percent that answered yes. I have two groups, one to show which survey, and one to show which question. I have created a summary that shows the number of people asked. Another summary shows the number that answered yes. A formula divides the two to get the percentage. Unfortunately the 3D Riser bar chart will only let me use one of the two summaries, and not the percentage from the formula. Any ideas how I can compare percentages between the two surveys?

I forgot to mention that I am using Crystal XI.

Thanks

Instead of descsription, you should explain how the chart is set up--what the on change of and summary fields are, and also show the content of all formulas you are using or attempting to use. Be sure to identify the formula you are having trouble with.

I just realized what needed to happen. Only Summaries show up for Show on the Group layout, but if you use the Advanced layout, you can use functions. I guess it has been too long since I had to use a function to "Show". It is working now.

Thanks
