Hi friends,

I need to add a friendly Chart wizard for user in my access 2000 (i own 2002 too) application. my aim is that the user can be choose the table-->fields-->sort of graph--->see the result.

can anybody help with this?

thank in advance and cuok.

Not to second guess you cuok but there would be a lot more to take into account like how to summarize or group the data so that the charts make sense. Would it not be easier to just use the Chart Wizard already supplied by Access ?
Just seems to me that by the time you were done, you would have only pain stakingly re-created something that already exists ?

HI KEVINCLARK

LET me be more clearer:

in the form i have place for the graph. the table underlying the form contains 13 fields that the user will want to see in combination. (only 3 of them in one time).
so i need somthing like check boxes pointing to field and each time the user sign them he shall then see the graph.

from this you see that the basis can be the wizard of access but not the rest of my wish.

hope now it's more clear and i'm waiting to see your idea my brother.
thanks and cuok
