Chart scrolling

I need a chart that can scroll, but with a scroll bar on the bottom axis.
so if a user wants only 10 points on the chart, when a new series value enters and it is a 11th point the chsrt starts scrolling to the left.
with the scroll bar a user must be able to scroll from the beginning to the end of the series.
