Chart problems - Object is locked

Everytime I try and insert a chart into my database, when I exit the form the chart is contained in, I get a message that the object is locked, and I have to press OK to continue. What is going on??? Major annoying...

Are you sure that you don't have any other windows opened using the same data? If you try to edit the design of a form, table, etc while there is an existing copy of it open somewhere it will not let you save your changes.
