Chart labels with currency type

Our crystal report version is 8.5 english.
The type of our chart labels is currency.
When I set the language window with "English(United-state)", everytime I change the setting of the CURRENCY the chart labels follow BUT they DON'T when I set the language DIFFERENT from "English(United-state)".
