Forgive me if I am missing something really obvious here, but what I'd like is to format the label on a chart so that it reads:

0.00M

Currently I appear to be limited to what's in the Chart Expect or Format Data Label. I can do 0M or 0K - or one of a number of other formats, but I just can't seem to find 0.00M.

Is there a way to format the label in this way? Or am I going to have to manually hack my way around it by creating a formula/running total and placing that on top of that chart? Version is CR2008.

Many thanks in advance.

Run the report then in the preview right click the chart and select 'Chart analyser'

Right click the chart and select 'Format chart' -> Grid...

Then select the tab for 'Numbers' and alter the formatting as required.
