Hi All,

I'm using crystal XIR2 with Oracle. I created chart in which x-axis should show up the Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4. If there is no records in Q3, then it shows Q1, Q2 and Q4 on x-axis.

My question is if there is no records fall in Q3, still i want to display that qtr on x-axis of the chart.

This is an instance of a general feature of Crystal - a potential group that has no members will not be shown.

With totals, the fix is a mock-crosstab. For a chart, you may need to find a way to include records that you don't intend to use for totalling, but their presence will allow a total to zero.

You could try using conditional formulas, one for each quarter, as in:

if {table.date} in Calendar1stQtr then {table.amt}
