Chart in Report Problem

This is a little advance for me. I have created a parameter for user to choose one region or more in this report. For one region I can display the chart with the correct sale percentage. However, when choosing tow or more region. The chart did not display the right sale percentage, and the charts are all the same with all the region (each page lists about the sale figure and a chart followed, the figures are all correct for each region but not the chart. I am sure I am missing something. Hope to get some tips to resolve this problem. Thanks in advance for any help.

What section is the Chart inserted in?

In the Data Tab of the chart, what "On Change Of" option do you have for the chart?

I created a sub-report with this chart in it and it is inserted in the "Region" group footer. In Data tab of chart, Under "On Change of", I picked "Region".
