Here is the structure of the data for my chart

Small query based on above query performing a
calculation. --->
Chart based on small query
The chart graphs RW% vs. Date. The dates have criteria that are specified in the large query and entered via a form. It is set up so when I run the report (chart), my form opens and I enter all my criteria, this updates my large query. The chart, which is based on the smaller query (which is based on the larger one) comes up blank, after some fiddling I can also get the OLE server error.
Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?
