I want to create a Power point presentation and show a series of 5 charts when it loads. Review the old Data in the charts and then hit some kind of refresh that will populate the same charts with current data form a shared source on my PC. Preferably all charts at one time would refresh.

Can Power Point do this?

Hi,

If you're using 2007+, your charts are Excel Charts.

In this event, make ONE source table for your chart with two sets of data. Set 1 needs a Set column with the value of 1 in each row and set 2, with a value of 2 in each row. Filter the table, selecting 1 or 2.

Your PP will need a control that will change the table Set filter value.

Thank you and yes I'm using 2010
