Chart groupings

I am trying to generate one chart with 3 different groups of information. Each group contains the following infomation: Previous Year, Current Year to Date, and Current Target. I want the group to display on the x axis. Any idea on how to put these in one chart?

Data should display like the following:
group 1: PY, YTD, Target
group 2: PY, YTD, Target
group 3: PY, YTD, Target

There is an example in the efashion universe which I believe is distributed with BO which has a chart with two groups of data, (the Actual v Budget report tab).

This may be along the lines of what you want.

If you haven't got this univerese, try this, right click on the chart to access the context menu and select "format chart" select "Series" tab and notice the box "Groups and Data Series"

Add another series here and see if that helps.
