Hi! I am having an issue here I cannot seem to resolve. All data is correct. I have a chart that has using months and the data for that month. All the data is correct but when I go into Print Preview, the months are not alphabetized. April is the first month listed then, Aug, Feb, Dec. They are randomly listed instead of Jan - Dec. I have gone into design view to check the tables and if linked correctly. Made sure all queries are written correctly and made sure all data is where it should be. In design view, the chart look perfect, all labels are correct, but when go to Print Preview months are in random order and the chart will print that way. Would this have anything to do with Service Pack 1, maybe? Please help! Thanks

Look at your data again to review "the months are not alphabetized". In alpha order, April is the first month and August the second since they begin with the letter "A". Dec should display prior to Feb.

If you want the data to display in month number order, you must sort on the month number.
