Hi,

Working with Crystal Reports 10. Have 3 pie charts with data labels on the side with leader lines. When viewed from Crystal report 'data lables' do not overlap.

When viewed from the Crystal Enterprise site, the data labels overlap and looks a mess, for two of the charts. One chart has 4 data and another chart has 14 data.

When searched over the posts, found this 'lbass' solution for Crystal 8.5.

'If you go to the chart analyzer there is an option to stagger labels. Go to chart analyzer->format chart->grid->group axis tab->labels tab->stagger labels. You have the option of entering the number of groups between lables.'

Can anyone please suggest, how to overcome this 'data overlap' in chart.

thanks
saj

Make sure that your CE box has the same printer installed as your Crystal Reports box as Windows programs are printer dependent and this may cause differences.

You might also apply the service pack as ther is a known issue when exporting charts:

Installing the generic Service Pack might be best.

Thank you, synapsevampire, will check on the link to apply service pack.

Will check on the printer as well.
