Chart Capabalitites in Crystal Reports v10

I am using Crystal Reports version 10 with Oracle view. I would like to compare the results from two different groups in a chart. Is it possible to do this in Crystal Reports 10.
For example,
If the Groups have been identified as Region and State and I have the Sum of certain field computed for both the groups. I would like to be able to compare the values for RegionalSum 330 and StateSum 70 in one chart.

Group #1: Region
MidWest 100
EastCoast 110
SouthWest 120

RegionalSum 330
Group #2: State
NJ 10
PA 20
MD 40

StateSum 70

Try using Running Totals to create these summaries and then use the Advanced type chart to graph on them.
