I have a crosstab query that uses each month name as a column heading - I have a County Name field and a year field as the row headings - The data basically counts companies that fall into the count/year and breaks them out by month.

When I try to set up a chart for this data, I get an error that I can only use 6 fields in the chart (I have one for each month plus the data field and row fields.

Any idea on how I could work around this?

Thanks for your help!!!

Fred

Don't use the wizard or limit your original data to 6 columns. You can change the Row Source property after the fact.
