Charge Button fails in Conference mode 1

I am working with an Option 51C (release 20.) that recently had a replacement of the CMDU, O/I and CPU cards.

Now when users initiate a conference call and attempt to connect to a second party that is long distance the charge button fails.

However, if they dial the long distance number first (using the charge button) and then hit the conference button they are able to dial and connect to a local number.

Can anyone offer help as to why this might be happening?

because when the cmdu was replaced someone blew away your dep list.. you are missing a patch.. ld 22 issp

I will read up on this and try to configure. What is Dep list?
