Charge Account / Prvt Calls ?

Hi there,

is there a chance to set a flag for private calls in CDR-records? One customer wish to report the prvt calls so they get paid....any idea?

There are 2 methods you may wish to consider:

1. Optional Account Codes (this feature is available w/ the BCM) -- I believe its Feature900 (once activated) -- an account code can be entered for all personal calls to flag accordingly

2. Forced & Verified Account Codes (this will "force" the user to enter a code for any or all outbound calls) -- this can be managed for desired stations and or desired call types (eg LD-International) -- this is NOT available within the BCM but can be evaluated/purchased from RSI

thx rx8guy... i think it should be the optional account codes in that case... but i cant use Feature 900... so how i have to activate that?

Feature 900 should be the default feature code on the BCM (for optional account codes) -- what version of BCM are you using? Is it within N.America? You may wish to check the on-line docs included with the BCM -- I just tried ours in-house (F900 works fine).
