O.k. I know that this should be a simple one but a second opinion would be great!
Documents at random within word, excel. acrobat reader wilol replace characters on the screen with empty squares. In other cases the screen will look fine but when printed the squares will turn up or characters will be replaced by a space. NT4 box with SP6a, office 97 all hardware drivers updated and so on. One point is that there is a policy on using Century Gothic as a font but I have found the problem with Times new roman. Any suggestion given appreciated.
