I imported a field from Excel into Access 2007.

The field is a varying number of three digit characters separated by a comma, e.g.:

MM1, MM2, MM3
MM1
MM2, MM3

When I imported the data, the table Format box had an @ sign.

Only one of the three digit strings appear in the field.
E.g.: MM1, (I can place my curor in the field and move to the next 3 digit string, but the first then disappears.)

I removed the @ sign, and there is no change. It doesn't make any difference whether data type is text or memo.

How do I display all characters in the field?

What has happened?

Thanks.

Got it figured out... the person doing the data input placed a line feed between the three character strings.

Thanks...
