guys my character dialog box has dissapeared..and i am not kidding..i tried everything..it is no where..i tried to uninstall and reinstall but it is still gone..i don't get it..when you click windows.panels.character it check marks it being opened but it is no where to be found..when i re-install it installs flash right back the same way..it even re-installs without allowing me to input the seriel# it never ask? does that make sense?what the h.e.__is going on??????????????????????????????????????????????????

the serial number is no big deal really...the registry in your pc remembers that you are a registered user of Flash.
As far as the text panel...is there any way it could have gone outside the boundary of your screen resolution?
I think Flash has a default panel layout under windows menu... have you tried selecting that?
