Somewhere I read an article and it said that a person could use a chaos program to enlarge a digital picture to extreme sizes without loosing quality. Can anyone point me in that direction.
Thanks to all in advance,
Terry

Hi,

That would only be possible to do if the Image was in Vector form and not raster form. You cannot take any old picture and enlarge it to 10 feet by 10 feet and expect it not to lose quality or become pixelated.

Hope this helps! NATE

That program is a plug-in called Genuine Fractals from Lizardtech Software (lizardtech.com)). You can download a trial version good for 20 uses. I haven't used it yet, but it should do the trick. Enjoy!

Hi,

I just downloaded that program and was disappointed to see that it doesn't work. I followed the directions that came with the download but the picture that I enlarged was horrible. I wrote an email to these guys requestion proper instruction on what to do.

I would not get your hopes up too much about using this program. There are many experts out there that will tell you this cannot be done, and that fractal programs are un-reliable.

I will post back when I get a reply and make my final decision about this program when the time comes, as to whether or not it is worth it. $299.00 USD. What a joke!

Hope this helps! NATE
