channels of a T1 for LD

When using channels of a T1 for LD calls does it matter what number you use in the following command. the following is how i have it configured but what if i changed it to 0/0/0:5 where both 1s are a 5? would that matter?

voice-port 0/0/0:1

and

dial-peer voice 999000199 pots
service mgcpapp
port 0/0/0:1
