Channel issues with a T1 circuit 1

Hi Guys

My Service provider is only sending me 10 Channels on my PRI/T1 trunk we both have matching configs and the trunk is working fine however when all the lines are used up it does not go the the secondary trunk on the Route Table, however if I busy the main trunk the secondary Trunk works fine.

Is this due to the programming ??

Do you have the LAR field set to next or rehu in the route pattern? If not it won't go to the next preference.

It was set to none I just set it to rehu

Can't confirm as we have just received all the 23 channels from our service provider I did placed it as next
