Channel configuration problem

Hi ,
I am using IBM MQSeries 5.2 and trying to access the queues using MQ java classes.Now my problem is that I am unable set proper channel configuration.

i GET AN ERROR STATING 'CHANNEL CLOSED IMMEDIETLY'.Actually the channel is unable to start stating improper configuration.I want to know how should I create channel .what channel is appropriate in my case.

I hope you can help me out.
