Chaning Drive Mappings

Does anyone know the syntax for changing drive mappings from one share to the next without first having to disconnect the previous mapping.

Here is an example of a drive letter that is already used.

y: \\server1\share

How do I change this to

y: \\server2\share without having to disconnect server1 first.
