Changing your publication when printing?

Hi...

I'm not a common Publisher user and wonder if anyone else has had this issue who is...

everytime i go to print my document as a PDF or to a printer a box comes up sayin 'changing your publication"...

And everything goes wrong throughtout the document.. fonts become larger and pages sizes have been changing

Any help would be brilliant....
