Changing which PRI the system uses

Hello,

I have an option 11c running 25.4. We have two isdn primes installed in the system. I need to remove the second one but it appears like when I do, you are not able to place a call. Incoming still works. I believe this is because the system dials from the bottom up. Anyway, can someone tell me how to change it so that it uses a single prime for both incoming and outgoing?

You need to change it in all the RLI's

Also the route used for your ISDN lines in the first PRI card will need to be checked so that IAO is set to allow both way working. i.e.

Ok, the step I am missing is, when the user picks up the handset, what tells the system what RLI to use?

it depends on the number being dialed.

print out your npa/nxx/spn in ld 90 to see what rli each numbers are using.
