Hello All,
I have a DID 975 that when currently called rings at EXT 100 I can see when the call rings there it says cover while the call is ringing. How do I make the call stop ringing 100 and start ringing EXT 155?
I can only program thru the phone at EXT 100.
Not sure where to start.
Thanks for any input.

Analog DID trunks, T1, or PRI?

I'm going to guess PRI, since the 1st digit (9) would conflict with dialing 9 for ARS, unless you've changed that to something else.

You're going to create a routing table entry to expect 3 digits, match 975, delete 3 digits, and add 155.

See the FAQ HERE

Thanks Tommy I will give that a shot
