Got a customer that needs to change his Voicemail PRO server 4.1(40)password. All programs were installed under the domain accounts. We changed the server password and the services passwords that run with domain accounts but did not change any services with local system accounts.
After a reboot voicemail service won't start. The only other place that i found the old password was in the registry / mapi account had the old password.
Any idea what else needs to be changed?
Unfortunately IMS is on there also.

VMPRO service / domain account - I changed the password for that.
VMPRO Database service runs with a local service account with nothing to change.
Should VMPRO Database be changed to run with a Domain account with the the password?
Thanks!!!

Open up the VM pro App and look under administration, preferences there is a spot for a password there.. by default it is blank... I had an issue yesterday were VM just stopped working for a customer after a reboot of IP Office.. I spent half a day tring to figue out why.. I upgraded and swapped cables etc and still could not get it to work.. Turns out someoen change account and eneter a password here...
