Changing voicemail message?

Thanks for calling 123, if you want A, press 1...if you want B, press 2..."

Once they press 1...
"You've reached A blah blah blah"

Question: how to you change the "you've reached A..." message

Sorry, I don't know any of the technical terms...

Sounds like you need to change your CCR tree. To do so, you will have to disable it, make the changes, then re-enable it.
