Changing Visual Fox Pro Data Source

I am mitrating a formerly stand alone VFP 6 application to the Network. We also use Crystal Reports now I need to change the data source on ALL reports from the C: drive to the network drive, and still have access to the C: drive on my development machine when building new reports based on not-yet-implemented program upgrades.

Can someone suggest ways to accomplish both? Make all PC's (Crystal runs on each client machine) look for the data on the network drive now, and then also to have a separate data source that is local on my machine only for development purposes?

Use a standardized ODBC source.

Then you can modify this ODBC source to point at the local database/tables during dev.
