Changing Variable In vantage.

In some documentation i found there is an enviromental variable called TPE_MM_BLOCKSIZE this variable seems to regulate how large the temp tables can become. i am attempting to run a report trough Crystal that keeps failing with the following error. Unable to allocate disk block for temp table use [MM - No data block] (7631) i would like to adjust this variable but down know how. Can any one help me?
