Hello,

I'm affraid it is very easy thing but I couldn't find how to do it.
I have a user MyUser. How can I give him DBA rights for database?

Thanks a lot.

If memory serves, I think the command is simply

grant dba to MyUser;

DBA is a predefined role, so it can be granted to any id. Of course you will have to execute the command using an id which has the authority to make the grant, sys for example.
