changing users name in GAL

How do I change a users name in the Global Address Book. I have SBS 2003 installed on the server. The users name in the AD is FirstName Initial Surname I have changed this to show FirstName Surname but this has not transferred to the Global Address Book in Exchange. How do I force the change please.

Provided you changed the display name...Rebuild the OAB in Exchange System Manager. Right click the Offline Address Book, choose rebuild. You then need to wait up to 48 hours.
