Changing user password with OUTLOOK/OWA

Hi,

I recently installed Exchange Server 2000, on Windows 2000 Advanced Server, behind a Smoothwall firewall.

None of the users can change their passwords.

With Outlook, I get the following error:

(pop-up box = Change Windows Password)
Your windows password could not be changed.
Please check the information and try again.

With OWA, the web page pops up:

(pop-up window = Cannot find server)
The page cannot be displayed


I set all the settings that MS said to, but.....no go

I am having that same issue. Did you happened to find the solution to changing your password on OWA? If so please let me know.
