Hi

I have in one of my terminals 3 printers connected, I want to change 2 of them to my cashier terminal, what do I have to do?

This is what I have already done and it fails printing services.

1.- Physically I connected the 3 printers
Terminal RJ45 (port 1) -> Printer1 IDN1 RJ11 -> Printer1 IDN2 RJ11 -> Printer2 IDN1 RJ11 -> Printer2 IDN2 RJ11 -> Printer3 IDN1
2.- I modified the dip switches configuration for each printer
Printer1 .- Dip Switch 3 ON
Printer2 .- Dip Switch 4 ON
PRinter3 .- Dip Switch 3 and 4 ON
3.- In my server
POS Configurator/Devices tab/Devices button
General Tab: I change the actual terminal for the new one in the new 2 printers
Printer Interface Tab
IDN ID: Printer1 IDN 1, Printer2 IDN 2 and Printer3 IDN 3
Com Port: 4 for each printer

If I do a confidence test from my cashier terminal to each of my printers, Printer2 (thermal printer) and Printer3 responds great, printer1 prints just the first row 1234567890123456... and gives me a paper jam error.

When I want to print from micros POS one table service I get a network communication error from this 3 printers, just the printer that I left untouched in the old terminal responds.

What I am missing or left, or do wrong?

MICROS POS 3700

Thankyou
