I need to change two norstar system to 4 digits in order to do proper routing through a point to point, on one system I will just change the DN lenght to 4 digits making the starting DN 2221 this system is running xc 6.1 and on the other system I believe I will have to do a fresh installation and do everything all over to change the DN to something else other than 2221, like 4221 or 5221 or 5501 as my starting DN so that I have no problems when I make calls from site to site, my question is what should I watch out when I do the fresh installation on my second system which is running xc 5.0? What should I becareful on? what problems can I expect with the NAM 4.0? what other problema should i watch out for? Thank you for your help.

voice mail will need to be reconfiged from scratch if you are going to go from 3 digit to 4 digit ext on a working system
