Changing tn

hi,

i'm having trouble changing TN
i get the following massage:


Could not be OUTed after 2 tries.
Prompt: TN Response: 100 0 1 28 Error Code: SCH3928
(SCH3928) TN type does not match with
the corresponding voice or data TN.

Failed to OUT for a RPL REQ.
Could neither OUT nor NEW for a RPL REQ.

i have to change tn in order to change DN because of wrong telephone type (it is 1120 but system says 2200)

In LD 20 try..

REQ: PRT
TYPE: TNB
TN 100 0 1 28
Press return until you see all the set information, then check what the TYPE is!. I'm guessing that you are trying to "OUT" the wrong set type.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

You cannot "move" it to a different type of phone, either digital, IP or analog. The programming will have to be deleted and the phone reprogrammed correctly. You will have to out it as the type of phone it shows in the system(2200)
