changing time settings on IIS w3svc1 log files

I'm running Windows Server 2003 and would like to know where I have to go to adjust the time settings on my IIS logs (i.e. windows\system32\logfiles\w3svc1)

when I view the files, the time stamp is way off (I think by like 5 or 6 hours).

right click on the "Default Web Site", go to "Defualt Web Site Properties", go to "Web Site", at the bottom u can change the format.
